PURPOSE: An apparatus for locking a fence of a stall and the fence having the same is provided to open a door in intended one direction. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for locking a fence of a stall and the fence having the same comprises a fixing unit(110) and a movement unit(130). The fixing unit has a first plate(111) including a first through-hole(112), and the movement unit has a second plate(131) including a second through-hole(132). Locking pins(150) are inserted into the first and second through-holes to enable the locking operation. |
