发明名称 METHOD OF MANUFACTURING OF AL-SI-TI-ZN ALLOY INGOT
摘要 PURPOSE: A method of preparing Al-Si-Ti-Zn alloy ingot is provided to achieve alloy ingot in which aluminum, silicon, titanium, and zinc are evenly distributed and to improve heat efficiency by utilizing waste heat of waste gas. CONSTITUTION: Al ingot is preheated(100). The preheated Al ingot and Si ore are put together in a melting furnace and molten to obtain Al-Si molten alloy of 720°C-740°C(200). Ti component is molten in the Al-Si molten alloy to obtain Al-Si-Ti molten alloy of 720°C-740°C(300). Zn ingot is preheated during one or more of the above three steps(110). The preheated Zn ingot is molten in the Al-Si-Ti molten alloy to obtain Al-Si-Ti-Zn molten alloy of a temperature about 30°C higher than the target casting temperature(400). The Al-Si-Ti-Zn molten alloy is casted in an ingot mold to the target casting temperature of 620°C-650°C(500).
