CONSTITUTION: A double-stage pillow comprises a head mounting groove(1) at the central portion of a body(50), and a cheek supporting unit(2) is formed at the both sides of the head mounting groove. A neck supporting unit which has the height lower than the cheek supporting unit is formed at one side of the head mounting groove connected to the check supporting unit.
