PURPOSE: A producing method of pork stock is provided to reduce the usage amount of chemical seasonings by using natural materials to season the stock. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of pork stock comprises the following steps: mixing 100parts of water by weight and 10~30parts of pork bone by weight, and heating for 15~30minutes at 95~100deg C; washing the pork bones after taking out from the water; adding 10~30parts of washed pork bone by weigh into 100parts of water by weight, and boiling for 5~12hours at 95~100deg C: adding salt, fermented soybean paste, kimchi, ginger, garlic, seasoned bean paste, salted shrimps, and red pepper, and boiling for 2~5hours; removing the pork bone from the stock and adding pork, pig liver, ginger, and other ingredients before boiling for 30mniutes~2hours; and adding more water. |
