PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive photographing apparatus capable of obtaining the surrounding state of a mobile body with a simple configuration. SOLUTION: The photographing apparatus 10 mounted on an automobile 1 and for photographing the surrounding the automobile 1 including the contour of the automobile 1 includes: an antenna 11 extended upwardly from the automobile 1; an imaging section 15 fitted to the tip of the antenna 11 and whose optical axis 13 is set downwardly; and an image display section 17 arranged to the automobile 1 and for displaying an image on the basis of an imaging signal obtained by the imaging section 15.
