PURPOSE: A peptide nucleic acid(PNA) probe for analyzing microRNA expression pattern is provided to sensitively and specifically detect and analyze various microRNA patterns. CONSTITUTION: A peptide nucleic acid(PNA) probe which specifically binds to a target microRNA comprises 13-22 bases and contains a base sequence which is complementary to 3-10 bases at 5'-seed parts of the target microRNA. A kit for analyzing microRNA expression pattern contains one or more fixed PNAs. The kit is used for tumor subtyping or prognosis. A method for analyzing microRNA expression pattern comprises: a step of adding a reaction sample containing microRNA to the kit; a step of hybridizing miRNA with PNA probe; and a step of detecting signal by hybridization.
