PURPOSE: An image acquisition device for a cephalo-photo composition image and a three-dimensional cephalo image acquisition device are provided to simultaneously diagnose dentition, skeleton, and face. CONSTITUTION: X-ray source(110, 210) radiates X-ray toward the front side of head. X-ray sensors(120, 220) receive the X-ray through the head and acquire a front cephalo image with respect to the head. Cameras(130, 230) are arranged at the front side or the rear side of the X-ray source and acquire a front optical image corresponding to the front cephalo image. An image processor(140) generates a composition image based on the cephalo image and the optical image.
