The vehicle has opening frames (1) comprising upper parts (2) forming a roof part of the vehicle in a closed position. A guiding unit guides displacement of the opening frames between the closed position and an open position along a direction (F) inclined upwards. The opening frames release a side access opening (3) for accessing an inner side of the vehicle and the roof part. The guiding unit comprises a telescopic rectilinear rail fixed at a body shell of the vehicle in an inclined manner.
