<p>Disclosed is an antifouling coating material with which it is easy to improve both the antifouling properties in terms of scale and the antifouling properties in terms of oily matter of sanitary ware or the like that comes into contact with both water containing soluble silica and oily matter. The antifouling coating material comprises a main ingredient constituted of a perfluoropolyether and a solvent comprising one or more alkanes and an alcohol, the alkanes having an average molecular weight of 138-180 g/mol.</p>
