PURPOSE: A power supply device for an apartment with an opening/closing device for preventing an electric shock is provided to easily open an inlet by an opening/closing device. CONSTITUTION: The first hook protrusion(32) is formed on the inner bottom surface of the first containing unit in a fixing unit(31). The second containing unit is inserted into the first containing unit and can move inside the first containing unit. The first mounting unit(34) is horizontally extended to both ends of an upper part of the second containing unit. The first mounting unit is mounted on the first hook protrusion. The second hook protrusion(35) is formed on the inner bottom surface of the second containing unit. The second mounting unit(37) is horizontally extended to both ends of an upper part of a weight(36). The weight makes a blocking layer descend.
