PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change the composition of a printed circuit board itself in accordance with a signal characteristic and cost reduction, by overcoming a problem that a mounted structure of the substrate can be made into a module so that the printed circuit board need not to be produced for each grade of the products and each district to be delivered, but the digital instrument functions are integrated into one system LSI and further there is a demand for cost reduction for the printed circuit board, and this structure cannot sufficiently cope with these demands.SOLUTION: The specification of the printed circuit board can be changed in accordance with the signal characteristic and the district to be delivered even though the same system LSI is used, by making the terminal arrangement of the system LSI into a special structure. Thereby, the composition of the terminal arrangement of the system LSI has an advantage that the substrate composition can be selected so as to suit for the signal characteristic and product function of the printed circuit board, and the radiation control regulation in accordance with the district to be delivered and the cost reduction of the substrate can be handled. |
