PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torsion damper device having no need for arranging a brace upon installation, having a simple and compact structure, being stored easily under floor or under the roof of a building, and having little limitations on an installation place.SOLUTION: In the torsion damper device 1, an outer cylinder 3 is arranged concentrically around an inner cylinder 2, and integrally joined relatively rotatably with an energy absorbing body 4 formed of a viscoelastic member or an elastic member interposed between the inner cylinder 2 and the outer cylinder 3. A part of the outer cylinder 3 in a longitudinal direction is opened in a circumferential direction, and the other end of a bar 6 having one end rotatably fixed integrally with the inner cylinder 2 to the inner cylinder 2 in this annular opening 3a, is protruded outward. Moreover, a fixture 7 for fixing the outer cylinder 3 is integrally arranged in the outer cylinder 3. |
