摘要 PURPOSE: A cultivation method of rosemary is provided to use the rosemary as health supplementary functional food by increasing the content of rosmarinic acid. CONSTITUTION: A cultivation method of rosemary comprises the following steps: drying young leaves and stems of the rosemary by irradiating far-infrared rays with the wavelength of 2~14micrometers in 100~120deg C for 5~20 minutes. The drying efficiency of the rosemary is enhanced during the process.
