PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information system, a control device, a method and a program for determining a physical server of an arrangement location of a virtual machine while considering various factors to achieve efficiency in reducing power consumption.SOLUTION: A control device 100 includes: an arrangement control unit 114 for arranging virtual machines at a plurality of physical servers 10; a load information acquisition unit 102 for acquiring load information 30 for every virtual machine; a priority order information memory 106 for storing priority order information of the physical servers 10; a constraint information memory 108 for storing constraint information on the physical servers 10; and a selection unit 110 for selecting the physical server 10 of the highest priority that satisfies the constraint conditions of the virtual machines for every virtual machine based on the load information 30, priority order information and constraint information. Selection of the physical server 10 for every virtual machine and arrangement of the virtual machine at the selected physical server 10 are repeated. The arrangement control unit 114 controls so that the virtual machines are arranged at the selected physical servers 10 for every virtual machine. |
