PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing film which secures flexibility in only side edges of a packing bag having a transparent film and a decorative film adhered to the transparent film in two pieces through an adhesive layer and the transparent film, improves a heat conductivity in heat joining of the side edges, allows one to twist an opening end of the bag and easily seal temporarily with a C-shaped fastener once the bag is opened, as well as to provide a method and a device for manufacturing such a film.SOLUTION: A packing film 1 for the packing bag allows one to twist the opening end of the bag and to easily seal temporarily with a C-shaped fastener 2 once the bag is opened. The film 1 is constituted with a transparent film 3 and a decorative film 4 adhered together through the adhesive layer, and when the lateral side edges of the packing film 1 are joined to form a cylindrical shape, only the decorative film 4 is removed from the joined portion 6. |
