PURPOSE: A solar photovoltaic soundproof panel and a soundproof wall using the same are provided to decorate a soundproof wall by simply changing the structure of the soundproof wall. CONSTITUTION: A solar photovoltaic soundproof panel comprises solar cell modules(11), a storage battery, a control unit, and a controller. The solar cell modules are attached on the front surface of the soundproof panel. The storage battery is connected to the solar cell modules and supplies stored electricity to electric facilities around a soundproof wall. The control unit has a switch for controlling electricity supply. The controller controls the amount of currents stored in the storage battery.
