PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small light controlling apparatus that is used for a small imaging device, is further reduced in diameter, and provides stable driving.SOLUTION: This light controlling apparatus is equipped with: a substrate 100 having an aperture 101; a light controlling section equipped with at least one incident-light controlling means 300, having a magnet 301 joined to a position of a center of rotation, and rotating in a plane perpendicular to an optical axial direction, on the substrate 100; and at least one coil 400 which applies a rotational force to the magnet. The incident-light controlling means 300 is displaced to an aperture position and to a retracted position of being retracted from the aperture position by supplying an electric power supply to the coil 400, and incident light passing through the aperture 101 is controlled. The coil 400 is disposed to be extended in a direction parallel to the optical axis. |
