PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disc brake which prevents misalignment and backlash of pad springs, when the outside diameter of a disc rotor is increased.SOLUTION: A pair of pad guides 11, 12 are provided on both the outer sides of a carrier 3 in a disc rotor rotating direction, and a pair of pad guides 13, 14 are provided on both the inner sides of the carrier 3 in the disc rotor rotating direction. The corresponding pad springs 15, 16 are singly attached to the pad guides 11, 12, 13, 14, and both sides of the corresponding pad guides 11, 12, 13, 14 in a disc rotor shaft direction are sandwiched between a pair of locking portions 32, 33 extending from both sides of the torque receiving portions of the pad springs 15, 16 in the disc rotor rotating direction. Thereby, the misalignment and backlash of the pad springs 15, 16 are overcome. |
