The muscular exercise apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a bottom frame; a seat; a seat-back; and a rotating member consisting of a cylinder and a piston, wherein the apparatus is foldable for easy storage when not in use such that its total bulk is reduced, and the apparatus can exercise a variety of muscles such as those of the arms, shoulders, chest and abdomen when in use. |
