摘要 The invention relates to an arrangement for light sheet microscopy. Said arrangement comprises a sample vessel (1) for receiving a sample (3) situated in a medium (2), wherein the sample vessel (1) has a cover and is aligned with respect to a planar reference surface. The arrangement additionally comprises an illumination optical unit comprising an illumination objective (6) for illuminating the sample (3) with a light sheet, wherein the optical axis (7) of the illumination objective (6) and the light sheet lie a plane which forms an illumination angle ß different from zero with the normal to the reference surface. The arrangement furthermore comprises a detection optical unit comprising a detection objective (8), the optical axis (9) of which forms a detection angle δ different from zero with the normal to the reference surface. In such an arrangement, at least one protuberance transparent to illumination and detection light and serving for receiving the sample (3), with an inner interface (12) and an outer interface (13), is formed on the cover - either at the vessel base (11) or at the vessel lid (18). The shape of the protuberance, the position thereof during observation and also the position of the optical axes (7, 9) of illumination objective (6) and detection objective (8) are coordinated with one another by virtue of the optical axes (7, 9) of the illumination objective (6) and of the detection objective (8) forming a minimal angle with the normals to the interfaces (12, 13) at least in the region of the passage of the optical axes (7, 9) through the interfaces.
