A vortex flow forming chamber R with a downstream side partitioned by the seal fin 17 is provided on an upstream side of the radial clearance Gd. The vortex flow forming chamber R has an inlet opening O through which fluid S on a main flow side flows in radially outward, and forms a vortex flow so that the fluid S reaching a downstream side flows radially inward along the seal fin 17. |
