PURPOSE: A damper apparatus for overpressure exhaust is provided to minimize chattering during the initial opening of a wing plate by the generation of thrust force by a thrust generating unit on the lower part of the wing plate. CONSTITUTION: A damper apparatus for overpressure exhaust comprises a windbreak plate(20), a pair of bearings(30), a wing plate(40), and a moment controller(50). The windbreak plate is projected from the around of an air hole(11) formed on the ceiling and prevents air flow passing through the air hole from scattering. The bearings are fixed to face the windbreak plate. The wing plate is automatically opened and closed due to the overpressure of the air path by thrust force generated vertically to the ceiling. The moment controller varies the closing moment or the opening moment of the wing plate so that the wing plate can be automatically opened and closed by the thrust force.
