PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated noise processing which is suitable for vectorization, without having to depend on breaking of a line or the input attributes of an image, in post-processing after clustering to be used as subtractive color processing.SOLUTION: An input image is divided into a plurality of color regions of different colors for subtractive color processing (S100 to S302). Label integration is performed, based on the characteristics of the shapes of a plurality of labels obtained by labeling the color regions so that the color regions can be obtained by processing units suitable for vectorization (S410 to S470).
