PURPOSE: An inter-phase insulation structure and an installing method of an inter-phase insulation sheet are provided to prevent the protrusion of an inter-phase insulation sheet formed between the coil ends of second phase and third phase windings. CONSTITUTION: A first inter-phase insulation unit(34) of a first inter-phase insulation sheet(37) is fused on a position corresponding to a second coil end of a W phase winding. A second inter-phase insulation unit(35) of a second inter-phase insulation sheet(39) is fused on a position corresponding to a second coil end of the W phase winding.
