PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily select and designate desired data to easily past data without reducing user-friendliness in a data processor even when reading and storing a plurality of kinds of data such as images and documents to be selectively pasted.SOLUTION: When an arbitrary data range is designated in a data display screen G comprising a document data display Ga and an image data display Gb and "cut" or "copy" instruction is issued, object data designated with data range designated thereto are extracted and moved to and displayed and stored in a window wa for characters, a window wb for images, or a window wc for files, which are displayed on the data display screen G in accordance with an attribute of the object data. One of the windows wa, wb, and wc for each data attributes, as an object to be pasted, is displayed, and desired data are selected and designated from list data of a desired data attribute displayed in this window and is easily pasted. |
