PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooked rice-molding device which is compact and excellent in maintenance properties, and a cooked rice-molded body formed with which is hardly dried.SOLUTION: The cooked rice-molding device 1 includes: a cooked rice-feeding part 2 which sends out cooked rice 5 as a raw material while loosening the cooked rice; a compressing/conveying part 3 which conveys the cooked rice 5 discharged from the cooked rice-feeding part 2; and a molding part 4 which depresses/molds the cooked rice 5 fed from the compressing/conveying part 3. In the device, the molding part 4 is provided with a plurality of molds, at least one depressing mechanism(s) 44 for depressing the cooked rice 5 charged in the mold(s), and an elevating stick 49 raising a molded rice ball 6, so as to connectedly drive the supports 44c of the depressing mechanism(s) 44 and the elevating stick 49 to raise the rice ball 6 in one mold when the cooked rice is depressed in another mold. |
