PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel for solving such an adverse effect as the deterioration in operability generated due to the provision of a peep preventing film.SOLUTION: This touch panel is configured by fixing a fixed substrate 2 in which an ITO film 21 is formed on one surface of an insulating glass board 20 and a mobile substrate 4 in which transparent protection layers 32 and 33 are formed on the surface of a louver layer having a plurality of light shielding bands 34 extended in parallel with each other with prescribed intervals, and an ITO film 31 is formed on the transparent protection layers 32 and 33 by an external frame member 3 on which the fixed substrate 2 and the mobile substrate 4 are formed with adhesive layers on both the faces so that ITO films 21 and 31 of the fixed substrate 2 and the mobile substrate 4 may be faced to each other with a space. |
