PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress infectious diseases, to minimize influences of biological vibration and body movements, and to stably indwell the catheter in-vivo when dwelling in-vivo.SOLUTION: The tube-type catheter 1 having an inner channel 2a and at least one opening part 3b linked to the inner channel 2a includes: an insertion part 3 which is provided on a tip side of the catheter 1 and inserted in an affected part 12; and a puncture part 4 which is provided at a distal end side of the catheter 1 and punctured from the body cavity side toward the outside of the body. A diameter of the puncture part 4 is larger toward a base part of the puncture part 4 from the tip of the puncture part 4.
