PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-use pressure receiving device for an anchor capable of acquiring a rigidity necessary for pressure-receiving function based on a simpler structure and effective in improving a workability because of reduction in weight while rhizome can be entangled well. SOLUTION: The invention has an arm part 7 radially extending around an inserting part 3 of an anchor member 2 which is placed in an almost center of the pressure-receiving device 1. Also, a frame of the arm member 7 is composed of an upper rod member 8 and a lower rod member 9 placed at an interval in the vertical direction and a rod-shaped space-retaining member such as a wave-shaped rod member 10 or the like arranged between the upper and the lower rod members in a corrugated form.
