PURPOSE: A monitoring camera disturbance detecting method rising the reliability of a monitoring camera is provided to decide the disturbance of the monitoring camera through the trifling motion detection of the motion detection of the live view image. CONSTITUTION: A DSP(Digital Signal Processor) detects generation of motion from a live view image. In case the movement does not generate from a live view image, the digital signal processor adjusts a photographing range adjusted for the monitoring of the generating area of the compulsive event. The digital signal processor generates an event(330). The digital signal processor detects the movement of the live view image(340). The digital signal processor decides the disturbance of a monitoring camera(360).
