PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confirm whether a mobile station normally detects a synchronization state of downlink, even when starting a process of reconstruction of a connection state at a point of detecting failures of a radio link state in an RRC layer.SOLUTION: A test method includes: a first step of determining whether a mobile station detects the problem of a radio link state, when the radio quality is changed from a first state of a first threshold value or more to a second state of the first threshold value or less; and a second step of determining whether the mobile station does not detect the problem of the radio link state, when the radio quality is changed to a third state of a second threshold or more, after the lapse of a first time interval, from the change of the radio quality from the first state to the second state. |
