A power distributing unit and a system having the same are provided to reduce the contact failure and the fire hazard by using the minimum number of distributing lines. A power distributing system having a power distributing unit(100) comprises an insulator, a first terminal, a second terminal, and a plurality of conduction pieces. The first terminal is arranged along the first direction within insulator, and includes a plurality of conductive cores in which both ends and partial domain are exposed through the opening formed on outside insulator. A second terminal is arranged along the second direction in order to intersect with the first terminal within insulator, and includes a plurality of conductive cores in which both ends is exposed through the opening formed on outside insulator. A plurality of electric conduction piece connect a conduction core of the first terminal with a conduction core of the second terminal.
