The present invention relates to a terminal having a message service function based on screen touch and to a message service system based on screen touch, which execute a message by receiving the message created through a first touch panel onto a second touch panel and touching the second touch panel, or reediting the received message or creating a message including the received message for resending. In a terminal including a touch panel, the terminal provides a touch message creation tool including touch input menu items that a user can select by using a touch tool or a finger to create a message through the touch panel, and transmit the touch message created with the touch message creation tool, or reedit a received message on the touch panel or create a message including the received touch message for transmission.
