PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nozzle having a high accuracy of coating and a minified influence in time degradation, in which a hole processing having no defect such as a crack is carried out at a hole outlet of the nozzle in the hole processing of the nozzle having a high aspect ratio by laser.SOLUTION: When a concave portion is observed in a hole inner wall in a preliminarily performed test processing, an adjustment increasing a laser strength is carried out until no concave portion becomes observed to obtain a nozzle unit 5 having a high hardness, which has a defect-free hole in the hole outlet, using the adjusted laser in laser strength. Phosphor paste of a paste holder 7 is discharged from the hole of the nozzle unit 5 and is applied to a display panel 4 with a good accuracy. |
