PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost while maintaining the functions of the flow rate measurement and the flow rate adjustment of pulverized fine coal in an apparatus for distributing and feeding pulverized fine coal to a tuyere of a blast furnace.SOLUTION: An apparatus for distributing and feeding pulverized fine coal includes a distributor 3 having a reception part 3a for receiving pulverized fine coal and a plurality of distribution branch pipes 3b, and feeds pulverized fine coal to a plurality of tuyeres of a blast furnace via the plurality of branch pipes 3b, wherein an absolute value measuring means 9 of the reference flow rate of pulverized fine coal is provided on at least one of the plurality of distribution branch pipes 3b, a simple measuring means 10 for detecting only the magnitude of the flow rate of pulverized fine coal and a flow rate adjusting means 11 for adjusting the flow rate of pulverized fine coal are provided on each of the plurality of distribution branch pipes 3b, and a comparison means 12 for comparing the measurement value detected by the simple measuring means 10 provided on each of the plurality of distribution branch pipes 3b is further included. |
