PURPOSE: A payment module and a payment approval server using an OTMC performing card payment are provided to easily manage various kinds of cards by simply using the card without requiring additional cards. CONSTITUTION: An authenticator(610) performs authentication about the user of a mobile terminal. An OTMC number generator(620) generates an OTMC number having the card number. The OTMC card number is offered to the payment terminal. An OTMC code generator(630) generates OTMC codes according to the generated OTMC number. An issuance request unit requests the issuing of IGO(Information for Generating OTMC). |
