PURPOSE: A location search service and a method thereof are provided to generate an alarm to a guardian terminal when a ward terminal is get out of a specific distance from the guardian terminal. CONSTITUTION: An acquisition unit(220) gets a first location information of a guardian terminal and a second location information of a ward terminal. A comparison unit(230) checked the distance between the obtained first and the second location exceeds a preset distance. If the distance is longer than preset distance, an event notifying unit(240) transmits a warning conditions signal to the guardian terminal and the ward terminal. A setting unit(210) grasps the base station location information in which the guardian terminal and the ward terminal is included. The setting unit sets distance limit based on the base station location information.
