PURPOSE: A thermoplastic polyester elastomer resin composite is provided to ensure flexibility, mechanical strength, heat resistance, viscosity suitable for blow molding, excellent melting point and long-term thermal resistance. CONSTITUTION: A thermoplastic polyester elastomer resin composite includes (a) 100.0 parts by weight of a base resin, (b) 0.1-1.5 parts by weight of a chain extender, and (c) 1-3 parts by weight of thermal aging preventer. The base resin comprises: 50-90 weight% of a thermoplastic polyester elastomeric resin; 5-45 weight% of one or more kinds selected from polybuthylene terephthalate, polyethylene terephthalate, polycyclohexylene terephthalate, polyethylene naphthalate, polybutylene naphthalate and polytrimethylene terephthalate; and 0.5-5 weight% of ethylene-based copolymer including a glycidyl group.
