PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify operations by registering image read conditions executable by combining both of the throughput of an image reading apparatus and the throughput of a transfer destination device for read images. SOLUTION: A job template registration tool 80 extracts read conditions to a read original 6 in the capacity information 221 of a PC 200 and the capacity information 121 of a scanner 100, and registers a job template 3 wherein processing instructions to the scanner 100 and the PC 200 are recorded by the selected results of the read conditions by a user to the scanner 100. The scanner 100 executes the processing instruction of the scanner recorded in the job template 3 by an image read instruction by the selection of the job template 3, attaches a job template 3c for transfer wherein the processing instruction to be executed in the PC 200 is attached to a transfer image file 4 and transmits it to the PC 200.
