PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grounding electrode device which is superior in workability in grounding construction as the shape and dimension is not affected by a digging hole for a pillar or the like such as an electric-light pole and is efficient as an grounding electrode, and can easily change the contact area of the grounding electrode and the ground. SOLUTION: After an electric-light pole P is installed in a digging hole 13, a plurality of sets of grounding electrodes 2 consisting of an circular arc shape grounding member 3 and a grounding wire 6 extending from the grounding member 3 are combined between the electric-light pole P and the digging hole 13 and thereby, an annular shape grounding electrode device 1 constituted so as to surround the whole circumference of a face 12 along the axial direction of the electric-light pole P is arranged; and further, depending on the ground and geology or the like, using an engaging female part 7 and an engaging male part 9, a separate ground electrode device 1 is connected along the axial direction.
