Exhaust gas recirculation valve

The valve has housing with an inner side connecting to an inlet (13) for feeding in the exhaust gas. The valve opening (14,25) is provided at a front side (24) of the housing and the outlet (15) is provided at a peripheral area of the housing. The valve opening and outlet are held in housing areas positioned diagonally to each other, e.g. right-angled to each other.
