PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electret filter medium which contains a charge stabilizer, can stably hold charges over a long period of time by using a superfine polymer fiber spun by a charge spinning method, and is excellent in filtering performance, and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The electret filter medium containing the charge stabilizer uses the polymer fiber spun by the charge spinning method, with an average fiber diameter of 0.01-1 μm.
