#CMT# #/CMT# The device has an operating mechanism provided with a rotary shaft that is connected to a counting mechanism. The counting mechanism is provided with a mesh element used for meshing a locking mechanism and a key used for locking and releasing a locking device to hold the operating mechanism locked under a condition without a key. The counting mechanism is configured to transform a continuous rotary movement of the rotary shaft into a discontinuous movement of the meshing element.
