A maintenance control system for managing a remote place through the mobile network by using mobile alarm reporting and collaboration is provided to enable a control server to manage various kinds of events quickly, effectively, easily by performing a voice call function and a video conference through CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access), TDMA(Time Division Multiple Access), and mobile network. A client terminal(100) receives an alarm signal and video data called from a control server. A control server(200) performs a video conference for discussing and managing a problem among an operator, a manager, and a field worker. A remote server(300) transmits control data and the video data to the control server by control of the operator and the manager. |
