A solid oxide fuel cell system capable of thermal self-operation comprises a hot box(2); a cold box(3) which is positioned at the lower part of the hot box and where a blower, pumps(950,960), a control module, a display unit and a converter(900) are built in; and an auxiliary device which comprises a warm water reservoir(610) collecting the heat energy of the exhaust gas discharged from the hot box to discharge it outside, and a plurality of tanks(630,640).
