PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cornea operation device capable of forming a thin, stable and good flap. SOLUTION: The cornea operation device for cut-opening a cornea in the state of layers is provided with a suction means for sucking air in a clearance formed between a patient's eye and a suction ring, a varying means for varying suction pressure in the clearance, a pressure detector for detecting the suction pressure in the clearance, an input means for measuring the intraocular pressure of the patient's eye to which the suction ring is fixed by the suction means by a measuring unit of the intraocular pressure and inputting the result of measuring and a control unit for controlling the varying means so as to make the intraocular pressure value in an expected range based on the result of measuring. |
