A rolling rack gear driving type bridge inspection vehicle is provided to make a transfer device of an inspection vehicle travel with friction electromotive force and rolling rack gear driving force, and to make a rolling rack gear guide a wheel along a traveling rail. A rolling rack gear driving type bridge inspection vehicle is formed by attaching a support to a bottom surface(12) of a bridge(10) and installing an I-beam rail to the bottom using a bolt, and then putting a friction electromotive transfer device on the upper part to let wheels receive the vertical load of an inspection vehicle and to travel with friction electromotive force, and spreading a cover plate to a bottom surface of the rail and attaching a rolling rack gear using a bolt, installing gear mounting shaft bevel gears, bearing and spur gears to a driving unit support plate and receiving power axially via driving shafts from a motor to travel with gear electromotive force. |
