PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection device of a weld zone in a nuclear reactor pressure vessel capable of accessing easily the weld zone on a complicated narrow part having a shape changing three-dimensionally, and performing precisely flaw detection thereof. SOLUTION: This inspection device of the weld zone in the nuclear reactor pressure vessel for performing flaw detection of the weld zone 3 and its periphery in a control rod driving mechanism housing 8 arranged inside from a bottom part of the nuclear reactor pressure vessel 1 is equipped with a probe 6 for emitting an ultrasonic wave, a probe holding part 60 for holding an ultrasonic transmission surface of the probe 6 in the direct contact state with the outer surface of the nuclear reactor pressure vessel or at a fixed distance therefrom, a pressing mechanism part 50 for pressing the probe holding part to the vessel side in parallel with the center axis of the control rod driving mechanism housing, and a turning driving part 40 for turning the probe holding part and the pressing mechanism part around the center axis of the control rod driving mechanism housing.
