PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seismic reinforcing structure of a wooden framework building with a stud wall framing finished on both sides, which enables repair work to be inexpensively performed dispensing with peeling a ceiling board and a floor board in a short construction period. SOLUTION: This seismic strengthening structure of the wooden framework building has a structural frame X with the stud wall framing finished on both the sides, in which a pair of horizontal members 2A and 2B are connected and joined to a pair of opposed columns 1A and 1B. The seismic reinforcing structure of the wooden framework building with the stud wall framing finished on both the sides is characterized as follows: one or two sheets of structural plywood 4 is arranged in the structural frame X, while leaving voids 3A and 3B, and nailed and fixed to the pair of columns 1A and 1B toward an outdoor side from an indoor side; and an approximately right-angled isosceles triangle-shaped reinforcing fitting 5 is mounted in either or both of voids 3A and 3B, and at internal corner portions between the columns 1A and 1B and the horizontal members 2A and 2B in such a manner as to be connected to them by means of a coach screw 6.
