Solar-supported battery charger

The equipment has a measuring device measuring parameters of cell blocks (Z1-Z8) of a high voltage battery. A control device measures voltage of one of cell blocks and charges the cell block by low voltage for a predetermined time, where the predetermined time is between one minute to 50 seconds. The voltage of the cell block is again measured after the predetermine time. The cell block is again charged for the predetermined time when the voltage of the cell blocks is low. Another cell block is charged for predetermine time if voltage of the latter cell block is low.
